Appetizers Hand Rolled Spinach Fatayer - Mediterranean spices mixed with spinach and onions, wrapped with a delicate pastry shell. Lightly fried to a golden crisp. Served with a side of hummus for dipping. Goat Cheese Stuffed Grape Leaf - Fresh goat cheese stuffed in a grape leaf, grilled and served with eggplant papaneta and lightly fried pita bread. Babaghanoush & Pita Bread - Roasted eggplant & sesame dip, drizzled with olive oil and served with pita bread. Salads Greek Salad - Organic mixed greens topped with feta cheese, kalamata olives, red onions, cucumber, tomatoes and pepperoncinis, served with a light balsamic vinaigrette. Tabouleh Salad w/Hummus - Finely minced parsley, tomatoes, green onion and wheat bulgur tossed with a light lemon dressing. Caesar Salad - Crisp romaine lettuce tossed with our creamy Caesar dressing. Topped with croutons and Parmesan cheese. Seafood Entrées Banana Leaf Baked Ahi - Yellowfin ahi tuna marinated in mango-pineapple-ginger reduction, rolled in coconut panko and baked in a banana leaf. Served with saffron rice and sautéed baby bok choy. Seafood Bouillabaisse - Fresh clams, mussels, scallops, shrimp and fresh fish of the day cooked in a white wine, clam and saffron butter broth. Seafood Tower - Fresh fish of the day, scallops and shrimp towering high on a goat cheese and spinach risotto cake topped with a tropical fruit salsa and served with sautéed baby bok choy. Pasta & Vegetarian Entrees Frutti Di Mare Linguine - Clams, mussels and fresh fish sautéed with kalamata olives, feta cheese, and spices tossed in a white wine butter sauce. Veggie Plate Dinner - Falafel, tahini sauce, hummus, spinach fatayers, stuffed grape leaves, feta cheese and sun-dried tomato couscous. Chicken Entrees Chicken Kabob - All white meat chicken skewered with fresh vegetables, grilled and served with sun-dried tomato couscous and fresh sautéed spinach. Chicken Marsala - Pan seared chicken breast topped with a mushroom Marsala sauce and accompanied by garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach. Chicken Piccatta - Pan seared chicken breast finished with a lemon caper Piccatta sauce and accompanied by garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach. Lamb and Beef Entrees Rosemary Rack of Lamb - A rack of Australian free-range lamb drizzled with our orange balsamic reduction and served with garlic mashed potatoes and fresh French green beans. Lamb Kabob - Tender rosemary marinated lamb leg, skewered with fresh vegetables, grilled, and served with sun-dried tomato couscous and sautéed spinach. Filet of Peppered Gorgonzola - A tender cut of filet mignon stuffed with Gorgonzola cheese and habanero peppers, finished with a pistachio demi-glace and served with garlic mashed potatoes and baby bok choy. Beef Tenderloin Tournedos - Beef tenderloin medallions sautéed in a red wine date sauce over toasted French bread and served with garlic mashed potatoes and French green beans. House Speciality Seafood Paella with Alaskan King Crab - Fresh clams, scallops, mussels, shrimp, ahi, walu, sautéed with saffron rice and garnished with Alaskan King Crab.
